Promoting self-help

I've deleted and added the promotional ads about 'self help' as spam. I don't mind talking with like minded people, those suffering from bipolar and such, but I don't want ads on my blog. If you seriously want to 'talk' with me about it, then email me, don't use MY blog as your advertisement.
